Aware Coffee & Tea Lounge will add a second cafe in a brand new development currently in construction in Southwest Las Vegas. The specialty coffee and tea shop will move into a 2,047-square-foot space in the new shopping center on the Northwest corner of South Rainbow Blvd and Richmar Ave.
Owner Richie Liu tells What Now Las Vegas they’re working on the design of the new space, making it “the spot” to grab specialty drinks in Southwest Las Vegas.
Aware serves a comprehensive menu of specialty coffee drinks, cold brew, plus premium tea and milk teas. Other menu highlights include the colorfully glazed mochi donuts, with rotating flavors like Matcha, Cookies and Cream, and Red Velvet, plus sandwiches and avocado toasts.
A rep for Dapper Companies shared with What Now Las Vegas that the yet-to-be-named shopping center is fully leased, bringing together businesses like Sola Salon Studios, Broken Yolk, and Plant Power alongside Aware Coffee & Tea.
