“We are still waiting on the shell to be completed so that we can start our buildout process, but we are excited for our location,” co-owner Chad Indrieri told What Now on Tuesday. “It’s been a while working in the commercial kitchens, and it’s time to have our own spot.”

Cookie varieties currently available on Bake’s website include Oreo Milkshake, Triple Chocolate Chip, the Valentine’s Day Cookie, and Ube Crinkle.

“We plan on offering around 6-10 cookies per day,” Indrieri said. “We rotate a few seasonal cookies, too.”

The Decatur Boulevard location is part of a small cluster of food and drink spots, including Pikey Coffee Co., Sanji’s Bao Sandwiches and Wings, and Kyoto Ramen + Lilikoi Las Vegas.
