The location on the Strip is another major undertaking for nightlife company Evening Entertainment Group, founded by Les and Diane Corieri. The Eater coverage puts a price tag of $50 million on the location, which will feature a rooftop lounge.

Scottsdale’s Bottled Blonde location offers a menu featuring starters like Truffle Fries and Sausage Pizza Rolls. Pizzas come in varieties like Margherita, Hawaiian, and The Forager, with fontina, roasted mushrooms, rosemary, arugula, and truffle oil. The menu also features weekend brunch, with brunch dishes like the Breakfast Burrito (bacon, egg, hash brown, cream cheese, jalapeño jam) and Butterfinger French toast with vanilla bean whip cream.

To drink: cocktails like The Georgian (Makers Mark Whiskey, Peach Liqueur, Lemon-Lime Soda, Fresh Mint) and the Blonde Banana (Bacardi Banana Rum, Lemon-Lime Soda, Pineapple) or the mimosa tower, which features three bottles of champagne.

It’s not yet known how closely the Bottled Blonde Pizzeria Las Vegas menu will mirror that of the Scottsdale location.
