“A dramatic renovation will commence at the beginning of the year,” co-owner Jason Tolotti told What Now on Monday. “We are finalizing the design now.”

There will be much more booth seating in the finished space, along with a lounge area, pool table, shuffleboard, and more.

Flowing Tide offers “Grub, Grog, and Gaming,” with a Las Vegas menu that features Tide Specialties like Fish & Chips, Cioppino (A tasty combination of mussels, prawns, crab, & salmon in a piping hot and zesty tomato broth), and grilled Pacific Salmon. A slate of burgers and pasta dishes include the Anchor Burger—served with American cheese, deep fried bacon, fried egg, grilled onions, and secret sauce—and the Best Spaghetti on Decatur (with a homemade meat and mushroom sauce).

Breakfast is also served 24 hours a day, and each breakfast entrée comes with a complimentary glass of champagne or mimosa. These include the Hangover Skillet (Potatoes O’Brien topped with chicken fried steak, country gravy, biscuits, mixed cheese, two eggs cooked to order) and Huevos Rancheros.

But the Boulevard menu is not disappearing entirely, Tolotti said. “We will likely keep some of Boulevard’s great pasta dishes, and we will continue serving pizza.”

Located south of the intersection between South Las Vegas Boulevard and East Silverado Ranch Boulevard, Boulevard Bar & Grille sits across the street from South Point Hotel Casino and Spa, among (fast) comfort-food mainstays like McDonald’s, Steak & Shake, and Denny’s.

“We are greatly looking forward to bringing our latest neighborhood pub into a new area of town,” Tolotti added. “Let the good times Flow!”

Flowing Tide Pub #9 is expecting to open its doors for the first time on May 1, 2023.
