One location is downtown at 500 S. Main St. and the other is in Summerlin at 10970 Rosemary Park Dr Suite 100.

BabyStacks Owner Liberty Hung said she took over the two spots on Friday and officially opened on Monday.

“We’re working things out at the moment and hope to have a revamped menu with popular dishes in the next month,” she said.

With nearly the same concept Hung said the transition from one cafe to the next went very well.

First opened in October, 2010 and with multiple locations throughout the valley including Henderson and Blue Diamond, BabyStacks serves a wide assortment of pancakes, crepes, omelettes and skillets as well as other breakfast and lunch items.

Hung said the neighborhoods in both new locations seemed like good fits.

“One of them is in downtown Summerlin, I really like the vibe down there,” she said. “The other is on Main Street.”

With six other locations throughout the city, these two new spots will bring the total to eight.

Hung added that they aren’t looking at any other expansion at the moment.

“We want to focus on these two and see where it takes us,” she said.

The downtown Summerlin location is near Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar, Wolfgang Puck Players Locker and Frankie’s Uptown A Neighborhood Bar.

The downtown location at 500 S Main St, is just a few blocks off Las Vegas Boulevard.
