During the grand opening on Dec. 2, BrewDog will raffle prizes including a $1 million bar tab, which can be used in any of BrewDog’s bars and hotels around the world for the next 20 years.

On Saturday, Dec. 3, guests can visit BrewDog’s rooftop for a free, intimate performance by the indie-rock band, We Are Scientists. Complimentary tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For $10, guests can secure guaranteed entry before 8 p.m. and a complimentary pint, glass of wine, or soft drink.

BrewDog’s standout feature is a 30,000-square-foot rooftop bar with views of The Strip. Unique to the location is a custom-fabricated 30-foot illuminated sign set atop the fourth-floor rooftop. As the name suggests, BrewDog is dog-friendly, complete with K9 hydration stations and treats for furry friends.

BrewDog Las Vegas is set to be the largest bar in the brewers’ network and features 360-degree views of some of the most iconic sites in the entertainment world. The two floors of craft beer overlook the MGM New York-New York hotel, and in true Vegas style, the rooftop bar sports a 30-foot high neon BrewDog logo.

“Las Vegas is a city like no other, so we had to pull out all the stops,” said James Watt, CEO of BrewDog in a statement. “With nearly 100 taps of craft beer and killer views, this oasis in the desert is the biggest BrewDog Bar we have ever opened. It must be seen to be believed, and we are giving one lucky BrewDog lover the chance to work their way around the globe, enjoying all that we have to offer from our bars to our hotels: a $1 million bar tab will offer a lifetime of incredible beer and food, ready and waiting to be won on December 2nd.”

Half of BrewDog’s farm-to-table comfort food menu features vegetarian or vegan–friendly options, along with standouts for the kiddos to enjoy as well.

Dishes that are only available at the Las Vegas location include The Flying Scotsman, featuring an 8-oz beef patty, authentic Scottish haggis, red onion rings and side of peppercorn sauce and Lobster Mac ‘N’ Cheese, with fresh steamed Maine lobster, lobster bisque sauce, fresh baby rigatoni with grilled garlic and herb toast.

Those looking for the ultimate Vegas experience can splurge on the Wagyu Burger. Set at $150, guests can enjoy a purebred 8 oz wagyu beef patty, caramelized onions, six-year matured cheddar and freshly grated Italian black truffle presented tableside.

Featuring 96 taps, the brewhouse will be serving Hazy Jane, Punk IPA, and United States best seller, Elvis Juice, along with local brewery pours and local tap takeovers. The Las Vegas location will also feature the strongest beer on the Las Vegas Strip, BrewDog’s The Haus Always Wins, a 27% ABV, freeze-distilled brew.

BrewDog’s 10-barrel system on-site allows the team to create small-batch brews, capturing the creativity of the team and enabling collaboration with local beer fans and craft brewers throughout the valley.

Ring in 2023 with a pint and special performance from Nashville DJs, Sparkle City, only at BrewDog Las Vegas. The duo will be spinning jams throughout the night with a special toast at midnight as guests can watch the firework display on the rooftop with views of the Las Vegas Strip.

BrewDog Las Vegas will be open Sunday – Thursday 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. and Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 a.m.
