Local barbecue brand Budsy’s BBQ has operated as a food truck as well as serving its barbecue offerings at Legends Sports Bar. Now, after a hiatus, Budsy’s BBQ at Legends announced its reopening.
“We will be reopening Budsy’s BBQ at Legends soon in the old Boulder Highway location hosting Raiders watch parties,” says a recent post on the brand’s Facebook page, dated August 12.
Meanwhile, What Now has come across licensing paperwork filed with Clark County by Budsy BBQ LLC that indicates a Budsy’s at Legends reopening in the works at 5866 Boulder Highway, the Legends address.
There are some questions raised here, as Legends Sports Bar is still marked closed on Google Maps. We’re waiting to see what a reopening there might entail, not only for Budsy’s but also for the beloved local pub.
What Now reached out to Budsy’s owner Michael Davis on Wednesday to inquire about plans for the reopening. Davis was not immediately available for comment.
