A favorite for 45 years, Carmine’s Pizza Kitchen has four locations in Henderson and Las Vegas. Now, the longstanding pizza chain has a fifth restaurant in the works: building permit paperwork submitted to Clark County shows a new restaurant from Carmine’s owner Carmine Vento planned for 6025 S Rainbow Blvd.
What Now confirmed the news with Vento on Monday. Vento declined to discuss the details of the new location at this time, however, as an opening is “still a year and a half away.”
The Carmine’s menu features specialty pizzas like Carmine Special Pizza (Pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, mozzarella cheese and pizza sauce), White Pizza Primavera (Ricotta, mozzarella, garlic, red onions, tomatoes & spinach), and Margherita Pizza. There’s also a selection of subs, pasta dishes like Baked Ziti and Eggplant Parmigiana, and appetizers like Garlic Bread and Fried Ravioli.
Located on Rainbow Boulevard between Ponderosa Way and West Patrick Lane, the new location will join a restaurant community that currently includes concepts like Wienerschnitzel, Firehouse Subs, Myungin Dumplings & Mexican Authentic Grill, and Rosalie Le French Cafe.
