The chain’s menu of burritos, bowls, tacos, and quesadillas will already be familiar to most. Guests choose their culinary delivery system (burrito, bowl, etc.) and fill in their own choices from a selection of proteins like steak, chicken, carnitas, barbacoa, and more. These are topped off with choices of rice, beans, and other toppers like salsa, guac, cheese, and veggies.

Located on Sunset between Rafael Rivera Way and S Riley St, the location is near several residential developments and medical services. Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center is located just west of S Roy Horn Way, with housing developments like The Alcove and SW Apartments to the North.

What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach a representative of Chipotle Mexican Grill to confirm the news on Friday afternoon. No opening date for a new Sunset Rd location has been released, so stay tuned for more updates on Chipotle’s emergent twenty-seventh location in the Las Vegas area.
