The northwest corner of the intersection between West Cactus Avenue and Schirlls Street appears to be the future home of another Chipotle Mexican Grill. Chipotle has nearly 3,000 locations currently in operation, with international stores in U.K., Canada, Germany, and France. Its name, and its assembly-line approach to the burrito, have become almost synonymous with the concept of the fast casual restaurant. It has more than twenty-five locations in the Las Vegas Valley.

When it comes to the menu, you know the drill: Choose between burrito, taco, and bowl; select a protein from choices like steak, chicken, carnitas, barbacoa, and more; and top these off with choices of rice, beans, and other toppers like salsa, guac, cheese, and veggies.

The location in question is situated on Cactus Avenue not far east of the intersection with Decatur Boulevard, around which are a number of other fast and fast casual dining concepts, including Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, Papa John’s Pizza, Roberto’s Taco Shop, and Jack in the Box.

No opening date has been announced for a Cactus-Schirlls Chipotle Mexican Grill location.
