Replacing an art museum that occupied the space previously, Club Ooh La La will occupy 15,526 sq. ft. of renovated space. A justification letter submitted by Loraine Kusuhara of Neonopolis said the club is expected to operate from 8 p.m. to 3-4 a.m., offering a higher-end nightclub experience plus live performances.

Owner Avraham Elbeze confirmed the news in a Tuesday afternoon phone call with What Now Las Vegas. Elbeze said the club was ready to begin construction as soon as plans are approved by the Planning Commission.

Elbeze added that club would cater specifically to locals. “I want to give them something different,” he said. “Good deals, good vibes, good energy.”

Stay tuned for updates as Club Ooh La La prepares to head Downtown!
