Founded in 2019 in Utah, cookie and Loaded Soda chain Crave Cookies is growing fast: the brand has reached a total of twelve locations currently in operation and will soon blow past that number. As many as four Crave Cookies locations are slated to open here in Las Vegas by the end of summer or fall, franchisee Cory Devenney told What Now on Thursday.

What Now reached out to Devenney after finding paperwork submitted recently to Clark County showing a Crave Cookies location opening in suite 120 at 7910 S Rainbow Blvd. Devenney—who is launching Crave Cookies Las Vegas in partnership with father-son duo Monte and Colten Carver—says three more spots are currently in the works, with at least three total locations to be open by the end of the summer.

Devenney was introduced to the concept by his brother-in-law, a big Crave Cookies fan.

“We were looking into a few companies,” the Devenney said. “We wanted to dive into something fun. And with Crave, the product really is excellent. Everything is made in-house. Nothing is pre-made and shipped in.”

Crave Cookies offers six revolving cookie varieties—with current ones including Horchata Churro, Cocoa de Leche, and Toffee Caramel Crunch. New flavors are introduced on the weekends, with occasional overlap leading to as many as twelve available on Saturday and Sunday. Devenney says his favorites are the classic Chocolate Chip—which is always available at Crave—and Scotcherookie.

Crave also serves up Loaded Sodas. You can build your own or choose from pre-imagined combinations like Coconut Crave (Diet Coke, Coconut, Fresh Lime), Georgia Peach (Dr. Pepper, Peach, Vanilla, Half N Half), and Full Blitz (Sprite, Blood Orange, Cherry, Strawberry, Watermelon).
