The Utah-based restaurant, which began as a food truck in Salt Lake City, has brick-and-mortar locations in five states, along with a number of food trucks. It offers a streamlined menu of bowls, each served with rice, cabbage mix, and noodles.

These dishes include the Rock Bop, which features Korean style tangy fried chicken; the Doochi Bop, with fried tofu; the Mandoo Bop, with deep fried potstickers; and the Combo Bop, which comes with a choice of two menu items. Sides include mandoo, kimchi, and fried chicken skewers called Kko Kko Sticks. Vegetarian and gluten free options, including gluten free noodles, are also available.

The location on Durango Dr is situated on the southeast corner of the intersection with W Elkhorn Rd, in a cluster of retail and dining locations that include Krazy Sushi, Shucks Tavern & Oyster Bar, and Roberto’s Taco Shop.

What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach a representative of Cupbop immediately for comment. No opening date has been announced for the Durango Dr location.
