Founded by Food Network star Chef Jet Tila, Dragon Tiger Noodle Company offers a menu of noodle bowls, rice bowls, and more at three locations here in Las Vegas, plus one more location in Colorado. Liquor license paperwork appears to show that fourth Las Vegas location—covered by Eater Vegas last year—is still on its way to Boca Park. The paperwork gives the address 750 S Rampart Blvd #11 for the location.

Dragon Tiger Noodle Company offers a build-your-own approach to noodles, along with pre-imagined combinations. These latter include Chef Jet’s Dragon Noodle Bowls, like Tonkotsu Ramen, Hokkaido Beef, and Chinese Chicken Noodle Soup. Tiger Rice Bowls include Beef Pho Infused Rice and Thai Yum Infused Rice. Another popular choice is Chef Jet’s Dragon Wings.

At Boca Park, Dragon Tiger Noodle Company would be part of a thriving food and drink community that includes restaurants like Honey Salt, Giordano’s, Sushi Tanuki, Jason’s Deli, and Hussong’s Mexican Cantina.

What Now reached out to Chef Jet Tila on Thursday. Tila was not immediately available for comment.
