“We’re a full-fledged restaurant and bar that will also do hookah,” Daniels told What Now Las Vegas in a midday phone call on Thursday. “We’re thriving on customer service,” he added, describing the restaurant as a place “where your heart speaks for itself.”

The menu will feature a selection of popular East Coast dishes like Fried Lobster and Shrimp & Grits. “Really good food,” Daniels said.

The move represents a relocation from one of the country nearly to the other. Daniels said The White House expected to have permits ready by the end of the year, with an expected opening in March 2022.

The restaurant recently filed paperwork for a special use permit for a Lounge with Alcohol Sales at 3431 Sammy Davis Jr Dr. Located there, The White House will occupy space in the same building as the much-anticipated Star Piano Cocktail Lounge, the ever-popular ice cream pop-up Secret Creamery in the parking lot. The finer details of the restaurant’s menu, operating hours, and branding have yet to be revealed.
