The 1600 sq.-ft. space will be done in a contemporary industrial style, with a men’s grooming salon and upscale boutique, offering haircut and shaving services by top-notch barbers, whose A-list clientele includes professional athletes, including Vegas Golden Knights and others. The brand’s curated shoes will be visible on shoe racks near the front window.

“The Kingsman will build a following of discerning clientele through a destination that brings shopping and grooming into one experience,” founder and CEO Phillip Dominguez, said in a press release. “We look forward to bringing men of style together in one location where they can hang out, shop, and get a shave among a community of gentlemen.”

The Kingsman also plans to feature The Blacklist, a limited membership club, which will offer monthly benefits for its members.

“We’re excited for the addition of The Kingsman at UnCommons as we continue to build upon our multitude of lifestyle services,” said Matter Real Estate Group Partner Jim Stuart. “The Kingsman will be a place that conveniently and uniquely combines grooming and apparel in an upscale, trendy atmosphere.”
