Popular Downtown Las Vegas pizza shop Good Pie has started work on its second location, according to recent coverage by the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Renovations are in progress at 835 Seven Hills Dr in Henderson.
Good Pie first launched in 2018, and after some delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, moved to its current home at 1212 S Main St.
Good Pie offers more pizza variety than you usually find in one place. There are Grandma Style Square Pies like the Upside Down Grandma (Grandma crust, extra cheese, double sauce on top, oregano, romano cheese), Brooklyn Style Round Pies like the Margherita and the Brooklyn White Pie (Brooklyn crust, fresh garlic, mozzarella, pecorino, parm, ricotta flowers, garlic oil, parsley), and Detroit Style Square Pies, and Sicilian Pies—a huge selection of pizza styles.
There are also Specialty Pie varities like Buffalo Chicken Grandma, the Detroit Stuffed Chicken Parm, and the Brooklyn Johnny Be Good (Brooklyn crust, mozzarella, sauce, fresh garlic, mushrooms, caramelized onions, sausage, parm, basil).
Opening in the retail center at the intersection of Seven Hills Drive and West Horizon Ridge Parkway, Good Pie will join restaurants like Soru Ramen & Asian Cuisine and Tru Bru Organic Coffee.
