News broke this summer that ground had been broken on the chain’s first Vegas restaurant, opening at 9210 S Rainbow Boulevard. Jeannette Davis, Sr. Vice President at LV Petroleum, told What Now on Monday that progress is continuing on that location.
“Our tentative date is in December, hopefully before Christmas,” Davis said.
Meanwhile, building permit paperwork has been submitted to Clark County for another location, this one at 4503 Paradise Road, in the Harmon Square retail center. Davis says no opening date has been established for that location, which will be the valley’s second, but it can be expected in the in the new year.
“We’re looking at the first quarter of next year for that,” said Davis, adding a that a total of four locations can are planned before the end of 2025.
Bojangles was also in the news earlier this year as it rolled out its drive thru AI technology, known as “Bo-Linda,” to 200 locations, including both corporate-owned and franchised stores, after a pilot program in 50 stores which the chain says was a success.
“Bojangles’ employees have reportedly embraced Bo-Linda, recognizing its ability to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience,” said coverage by Restaurant Technology News. “The technology’s success has led to its expansion across the chain, with expectations of being operational in over 200 Bojangles restaurants by year-end.”
