Founded in 2011 by Don Varady and Evonne Varady, the brand offers build-your-own style quinoa bowls and healthy burgers. Wraps come in varieties like Buffalo Chicken, G.O.A.T. (Goat cheese, spinach, tomato, zucchini, roasted chickpeas and CE Sweet Chili sauce in a garlic herb wrap), and Bang Bang Shrimp.

Guests looking to build muscle can also choose from the Makin’ Muscle Corner menu, with dishes like The Arnold (Shredded beef, brown rice, green peppers, mushrooms, romaine, mozzarella and CE Buffalo sauce in a whole wheat wrap) and the Big Boy 2.0 (Chicken, brown rice, romaine, fire-roasted corn and black beans, mozzarella and CE Sweet Chili sauce in a whole wheat wrap).

The restaurant’s founders are—as Evonne Varady is quoted in the Review-Journal coverage as saying—“committed to finding the right franchise partners who are passionate about the Clean Eatz lifestyle and want to become an integral part in helping members of the community to lead their best lives and be their best selves.”

No announcement concerning sites for planned locations or dates for rollout in the city have yet been made. What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach a representative of Clean Eatz on Monday.
