The café offers familiar Asian coffee shop fare—hot and cold coffee drinks, ice teas, donuts, and other baked goods, with the twist of the famous adorable brand. The menu includes cake varieties as well, including Birthday Cake, the Hello Kitty Cupcake (red velvet cupcake, cream cheese icing, chocolate shavings), and the My Melody Cupcake (vanilla cupcake, strawberry whipped filling, vanilla whip cream, shortcake crumbles).

Other sweets include cookies like the Hello Kitty Face sugar cookie, as well as the Badtz Maru Rice Crispy and the puff-pastry Hello Kitty Strawberry Pastry. Ice cream varieties include Happy Birthday (vanilla ice cream, pound cake, sprinkles), Pink Bow (strawberry ice cream, pound cake, sprinkles), and Mama’s Apple Pie (vanilla ice cream, apple, cinnamon).

Hello Kitty Café also offers branded merchandise, like t-shirts, hoodies, decorative cushions, cat and dog treats, tote bags, and more.

What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach its contact at the company for comment Thursday afternoon. No opening date has been announced for the new Hello Kitty Café location.
