The brand’s next stop—not reported on yet by What Now—is Spring Valley, at 5915 W Sahara Ave. Paperwork was recently submitted to Clark County for work at that address, which is currently under construction, and it is expected to open November 15.

“It’s going to have a new, modern, fresh look out the outside,” owner Houston Crosta told What Now on Tuesday. “It’s going to have a kind of dealership theme, catering to the car dealerships around us with the art inside.”

Like all Houston’s location in Vegas, the Spring Valley location will offer the brand’s celebrated menu of hot chicken and other satisfying comfort foods, along with a beer menu. The Summerlin location, opening on Saturday, is special in this regard: it features a full bar.
