The Bagel Nook has begun to franchise nationwide, founder Alex Berkowitz told What Now Las Vegas in a Tuesday morning phone call. “Get ready!” Berkowitz said.

The bagel chain’s menu features a considerable variety of bagels and spreads, along with sandwiches and other breakfast and lunch options. Bagels come in familiar varieties like Everything, Salt, and Onion, and in much more adventurous ones like Captain Crunch, Fruity Pebbles, and Dorito.

The menu centers signature creations called Overloads, which include the Oreo Overload (Oreo bagel with our delicious Oreo cream cheese, and Oreo cookies in the middle), the Cookie Dough Overload (Cocoa Puff bagel with cookie dough cream cheese on both sides, and chocolate chip cookies in the middle), and the Elvis (Ooey gooey french toast bagel with peanut butter swirl cream cheese on both sides, freshly sliced bananas and crispy bacon in the middle).

Alongside these, the bagel chain also offers breakfast platters and sandwiches; pancakes & French toast; and lunch choices that include sandwiches like the Reuben and the Chicken Ranch Wrap, paninis, burgers, and salads that include the Cobb Salad and the Asian Chicken Salad.

The Summerlin Bagel Nook location is working toward an opening in March 2022.
