The Dorsey will close out its nearly 7-year run on June 15 to make way for the new bar concept. It’s the first of several cocktail bars getting an update by 81/82 Group, headed up by CEO Ryan Labbe.

According to the RJ Coverage, Juliet promises décor inspired by Victorian England, with “pop and rock standards played on dueling baby grand pianos and the requisite crew of craft cocktailers mixing up classics and house specials.” The bar’s name is said to come from that of the Juliet Rose, a prized rose.

Replacing The Dorsey, Juliet Cocktail Room joins Venetian Las Vegas prestigious food and beverage roster, alongside concepts like Wakuda, Miznon, Buddy V’s Ristorante, and more.

What Now was unable to reach a representative of The Venetian Resort on Friday for comment.
