Mokbar is among the eateries joining the Forum Food Hall. The restaurant from Esther Choi first opened in 2014 at Chelsea Market in New York, followed by several more locations and sister concepts on the East Coast.

The menu features both traditional and modern takes on Korean cuisine, including ramen, rice bowls, pan-fried dumplings, buns and fried chicken. Guests can choose from an array of ramen flavors and multiple rice bowl options.

The Bulgogi Bowl will feature thinly sliced ribeye marinated in K-BBQ sauce with sautéed carrots, onions, duo seasonal kimchi, poached egg, scallions and sesame seeds. The Salmon Avocado Bowl will include seared marinated salmon, avocado, crispy tofu, mixed greens, cucumber, pickled daikon and furikake, served with a ginger scallion dressing.

Mokbar will also serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, like signature iced teas, sparkling soju cocktails and beer.

“I’ve always had an appreciation for food, and developing creative dishes to connect cuisine and culture is something I’m very passionate about,” Choi said in an announcement. “I can’t wait to showcase the delicious offerings at Mokbar to guests around the world who visit Caesars Palace.”

Mokbar is expected to open this fall. It will be located next to Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay and Chicken Guy! from Guy Fieri. It is replacing Tiger Wok & Ramen.

Mokbar is among several new quick-serve concepts joining the food hall. Tortazo, a Mexican restaurant from Rick Bayless, is set to open its first West Coast location at Caesars Palace, and Buddy Valastro (A.K.A. “Cake Boss”) will open Buddy V’s Pizzeria there. Both are expected to open later this year.
