Eater Vegas reports that the chicken and waffles restaurant is headed for a 4,000-square-foot corner space at 325 Hughes Center Drive, in a space previously occupied by Bandito Latin Kitchen & Cantina.

The Hughes Center includes a mix of startups, established companies, and amenities that connect businesses and people together. Strategically located with quick access to McCarran International Airport, the Las Vegas Strip, UNLV, and the Las Vegas Convention Center, it should provide a premier destination for Lo-Lo’s Chicken to grow.

Charles Van Geel with Cushman & Wakefield confirmed the new chicken and waffle restaurant would be moving in.

Lo-Lo’s offers its famous chicken and waffles along with scratch-made soul food favorites. The restaurant strives to make the most flavorful fried chicken and the fluffiest, melt-in-your-mouth waffles its customers have ever had.
