Beloved Las Vegas steakhouse Fleur will close its doors at Mandalay Bay on June 30, according to the resort. The restaurant, which was first opened in 2005 by Chef Hubert Keller and earned a Michelin star before Keller’s departure in 2021, will be replaced by another restaurant.

“The venue will transition into a new food and beverage concept with an anticipated opening this winter,” said representatives of the resort.

Coverage by KTNV.com points out that this is the second Mandalay Bay restaurant to shut its doors this year. The first was Aureole, which closed in April to make way for Bryan and Michael Voltaggio’s Retro by Voltaggio. Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar also opens at the resort this weekend with cratch burgers and sliders, shareable tacos, and other handheld foods, plus salads, bowls, and weekend brunch—and plenty of beer.

What Now reached out to a representative of Mandalay Bay this week to inquire about the restaurant replacing Fleur this winter. The representative said Mandalay has no further information to share at this time.
