Since its inception as the first milk+honey concept ice cream brand in 2013, Milkcow Cafe taken the industry by storm and expanded to more than 50 locations across 15 countries.

“Our products are often imitated by our competitors but never duplicated,” Collyn Morgan, spokesperson for Milkcow Nevada, said in an email. “Our emphasis on using only premium ingredients allows us to craft quality desserts and beverages. Milkcow’s soft serve is made with 100% natural fresh milk which gives it a distinctive creamy and milky taste.”

Not only is Milkcow’s ice cream made from organic, preservative-free milk but its honey and honeycomb are sourced locally in Las Vegas and its toppings are all made fresh daily on-site. The menu features heavenly desserts such as the classic Milk Honey (made with natural honey); the Santori (Oreo crumbles, pistachio crumbles, cotton candy syrup, wafer stick, and a cloud of cotton candy); and the Tiramisu (lady finger, espresso, mascarpone cheese, cocoa powder, and chocolate bean). Guests also have a fun selection of toppings to drizzle and sprinkle onto their soft-serve delights including liquid honey, apple syrup, mango syrup, corn flake, sliced almonds, strawberry Pocky, chocolate rocks, agar boba, and mochi. Milkcow Cafe also offers ice cream teas, milk teas, floats, and blended drinks.

Milkcow will fill out the 800-square-foot space with neutral colors and carefully selected furnishing and fixtures to create a modern chic ambience. The ice cream shop will provide both indoor and outdoor seating with a total seating occupancy of about 20.

Morgan told What Now Las Vegas that Milkcow Cafe in Tivoli Village will open its barn doors in late-August. Be sure to leave plenty of room for Milkcow’s world class desserts.
