The intersection between South Rainbow Boulevard and West Mardon Avenue will soon be home to a new restaurant. Licensing paperwork was recently submitted to Clark County by Eight2 Management LLC for a project called Mochido, which is headed to suite 102 at 7280 Rainbow Blvd.
What Now reached out to a representative of Eight2 Management LLC on Thursday. The representative confirmed the news of Mochido’s opening but declined to comment further at this time.
As a result, most of the details about this upcoming restaurant project—its brand and story, its menu, and so on—will remain mysterious for a bit longer.
Located just south of the Rainbow-Warm Springs intersection, Mochido will be one of a number of food and drinks location between West Mardon Avenue and West Warm Springs Road. These include Ohjah Japanese Steakhouse, Kung Fu Tea, Rubio’s Coastal Grill, Soul Food Cafe, and El Pollo Loco.
