As Mountain Mike’s Pizza prepares to make its Las Vegas debut, What Now has recently learned of a new Mountain Mike’s outpost planned by the pizza chain. A lease has been signed for a Mountain Mike’s location in Trails Village Center, a retail center on Village Center Circle in Summerlin.
The Village Center Circle opening is still some time out, a representative told What Now on Tuesday, saying construction is expected to start in February of next year.
“Mountain Mike’s makes delicious pizzas the way you remember – hand-made and with the freshest and finest ingredients,” said a press release describing the brand last year. “From its legendary crispy, curly pepperoni, 100% whole milk mozzarella cheese and a variety of fan-favorite specialty pizzas, Mountain Mike’s has something to satisfy every taste. The menu also features bone-in chicken wings, Mountain Fries, garlic bread, salads, mozzarella sticks, desserts, and a selection of beer and wine. Whether it’s dine-in, catering, carryout or its own in-house delivery, guests can always count on Mountain Mike’s to deliver on quality, freshness, flavor and value.”
Mountain Mike’s pizzas include favorites like Pepperoni and Cheese (“The Classics), plus Specialty Pizza varieties like Pikes Peak (All Meat Combo; mounds of Italian sausage, pepperoni, beef, salami, linguica and ham on classic red sauce), Chicken Club (Better than a BLT; loaded with grilled chicken, crisp bacon, diced tomatoes and green onions on our creamy garlic sauce), and Robbers Roost (Garlic Chicken Combination; grilled chicken, diced tomatoes, olives, mushrooms and green onions on creamy garlic or classic red sauce).
Launching in Trails Village Center, Mountain Mike’s will join other fast-casual concepts like Houston TX Hot Chicken, Einstein Bros. Bagels, and McDonald’s.
