New China A Gogo Location Opening on Desert Inn Rd

The retail center at 2466 E Desert Inn Rd will soon welcome a new China A Gogo restaurant, according to paperwork filed recently with Clark County. The building permit application details a renovation with an estimated budget of $95,000: a new kitchen line, prep area, and storage area; a new walk-cooler and kitchen hoods; and bathrooms, among other changes.

The Chinese food chain is currently operating 18 locations in Las Vegas and Henderson, serving a wide variety of dishes. It offers familiar appetizers and Chinese restaurant mainstays like egg rolls and fried wontons, along with soups, salads, fried rice, and lo mein. Chicken dishes include General Tso’s Chicken, Lemon Chicken, and Kung Pao Chicken, along with Beef, Shrimp, and Pork Entrees like Sweet & Sour Shrimp, Mongolian Beef, and Mu Shu Pork.

China a Gogo also features lunch specials with slightly downsized versions of dishes like Beef & Broccoli, Sweet & Sour Chicken, and Hunan Beef. Kids Meals are also available with child-sized plates like Orange Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken served with steamed rice.

The location on Desert Inn Road is part of a cluster of retail and dining locations between Eastern Ave and Topaz Rd. The building is currently home to La Neveria Ice Cream Shop and EGGscellent Breakfast and Brunch, with other nearby eateries including Frijoles & Frescas and Eggs & More.

What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach a representative of China a Gogo for comment.
