Paradise’s Boulevard Mall appears to be about to welcome a new brand from a local entrepreneur. Licensing paperwork was recently submitted to Clark County for Cotton Candy Corner, a new concept in suite 334 at the mall’s address, 3528 S Maryland Pkwy.
The paperwork was submitted to Clark County by Elbeze Hairvolution II, LLC, behind which is Avraham Elbeze, the local entrepreneur behind Club Ooh La La, a night club planned for Downtown‘s Neonopolis. Elbeze is also behind Yves Elbeze Hairvolution, a salon also located at Boulevard Mall.
Little information is currently available concerning Cotton Candy Corner. What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach Elbeze for comment on Wednesday morning.
At Boulevard Mall, Cotton Candy Corner would be part of an energetic food and drink community that supports new brands. What Now Las Vegas reported earlier this year, for example, on a dual project at the mall, between popcorn brand Pop-A-Licious and fudge brand Fudgetopia.
Other food and drink locations at Boulevard Mall include Hot Dog on a Stick, Just Crack ‘N Seafood, Viva Cafe, and the Steak & Spud Factory.
