The Boulevard, a bar/restaurant from Siamak Shafa, is currently in negotiations to open at UnCommons, the much-anticipated mixed-use development coming soon to Las Vegas.

Details remain scarce on The Boulevard, although Suzanne Eitelberg, commercial project advisor for the restaurant, said the project would be “a big deal.”

What Now Las Vegas reached out to Shafa in a Monday afternoon phone call. He declined to comment on the project but added, “Stay tuned for a lot of exciting details.”

Shafa is also co-owner of Benyeh, a pastry and coffee shop in Downtown Summerlin, in partnership with Brett Blanton and Orady Ditgnavong, known as Chef O, who also serves as executive pastry chef at Alain Ducasse‘s Skyfall Lounge/Rivea restaurant.

Benyeh serves pastries like patachu, cookie sticks, and the eponymous benyeh alongside coffee, espresso, teas, and “Twists,” Benyeh’s “twists on classic and signature beverages.” It opened on October 21, 2020, at 1980 Festival Plaza Dr #160.

At UnCommons, The Boulevard would be a part a first-of-its-kind mixed use development that will also be home to more than 500,000 square feet of office space, including the offices of Morgan Stanley, and more than 830 residential units.

Correction: an earlier version of this article suggested The Boulevard project was a signed deal. The restaurant has not yet secured a lease and is in negotiations for a space. It has no connection to the Food Hall at Uncommons.
