Founded in 1992 as a pushcart in Grants Pass, Oregon, coffee chain Dutch Bros is showing what looks like unstoppable growth, blowing past 500 total locations in twelve states, with twenty locations currently operating in Las Vegas. And a recently submitted plan review indicates another Dutch Bros may be on its way, planned for 4856 S Maryland Parkway.

Dutch Bros offers a variety of familiar coffee and tea drinks, along with its branded Dutch Freeze and the Dutch Bros Blue Rebel. It is currently featuring drinks like the White Chocolate Lavender Cold Brew, which has made a recent return. Dutch Classics include the Kicker (an Irish cream breve), the Annihilator (a chocolate macadamia nut breve), the Double Torture (a vanilla mocha with an extra shot, and—beware—the 9-1-1, a 6-shot (!!!) Irish cream breve.

The location on South Maryland Parkway sits on the southeast corner of the intersection with Elizabeth Avenue, across Elizabeth from eateries like Tacos El Cabron, Jimmy John’s, and Stake Out Bar & Grill. Next door is a Jack in the Box.

What Now was unable to reach a representative of Dutch Bros for comment on the location on Wednesday.
