New Einstein Bros. Bagels Planned for Henderson

It’s the chain’s second Henderson location and eighteenth in Greater Las Vegas

The food and drink community on St Rose Pkwy just southwest of the intersection with Amigo St will soon welcome a new outpost of coffee shop chain Einstein Bros. Bagels. Permitting paperwork recently submitted to Clark County shows a $315,000 contract valuation for a new coffee shop at 3546 St Rose Pkwy.

It’s the second Henderson location for the massive coffee-and-bagel chain, and the eighteenth in Greater Las Vegas.

The Einstein Bros. menu features coffee and tea drinks, bagels to match with a variety of shmears, breakfast, lunch, and other sides and sweets. Current New and Featured food items include the Big Breakfast Burrito, the Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich, and the Jalapeño Bacon Bagel—all can be paired with featured varieties of Cold Brew Shakes, including Caramel, Vanilla, and Chocolate.

Other popular bagel varieties like Spinach Florentine, Apple Cinnamon, and Everything can be paired with shmears like Onion and Chive, Strawberry, and Garden Veggie. Baked goods like cookies and muffins are also available.

The planned location is part of a cluster of eateries along St. Rose Pkwy. These include Blaze Pizza, the Lodge at St Rose, and Dragon Tiger Noodle Company.

What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach a representative of Einstein Bros. Bagels for comment on Wednesday. No information is available on the opening timeline for Henderson’s second Einstein Bros.
