The El Pollo Mobile menu opens with its signature, “the best Mexican-style charbroiled chicken in Las Vegas.” You can order a whole bird, or combos with two to four pieces; each are served with rice, refried pinto beans, and tortillas. What follows is a series of other dishes on which that chicken can be served: tacos, burritos, tortas, huaraches, and more—plus, the always-tempting carne asada fries.

What Now confirmed news of the opening with a representative of El Pollo Mobile on Thursday. The representative said the Nellis Boulevard location will offer an expanded menu, including a selection of seafoods. Further details on the menu are not yet available.

The address at 1820 N Nellis Blvd is a building currently occupied by The Hush Puppy. To the north is Nellis Lake Plaza, home to other food and drink spots like China a Go Go and Little Caesar’s Pizza, plus a Dotty’s gaming location.

Keep your eye out for Las Vegas’s next El Pollo Mobile location: it’s coming before the end of the year.
