The chain of dining and gaming bars Lodge Taverns will soon open a new location on Blue Diamond Road.
Owner Stuart Apollo confirmed the news in a Thursday morning phone call with What Now Las Vegas. He said the Lodge at Blue Diamond is working to open in about 75 days.
The menu at the Blue Diamond location is expected to resemble that of the Lodge at St. Rose in Henderson, the chain’s most recently opened location, Apollo said. It will feature favorites like wings and burgers, along with a variety of pasta dishes, breakfast plates, and sandwiches.
“We do more than just bar food,” Apollo said.
Like all Lodge restaurants, the Lodge at Blue Diamond will provide 24-hour service with a full kitchen, drinks, and 15 gaming devices.
The location at 9560 Blue Diamond Rd was previously home to another tavern, but the space is undergoing a complete renovation. The finished result will be a comfortable atmosphere with gaming, drinks, and TVs playing sporting events, along with one exceptionally large main LED screen.
