According to real estate data acquired by What Now Las Vegas, Ramen Kobo has filed for a remodel project at 4870 Blue Diamond Road in Southwest Las Vegas; however, Mon Restaurant Group has reached out to clarify that it will not be a second location of Ramen Kobo but a new restaurant.

Mon Restaurant Group strives to provide “washoku for everyone” through traditional Japanese cuisine at restaurants that incorporate Japanese culture, recipes, ingredients, and interior design elements. The hospitality company is behind some of Las Vegas’s top Japanese restaurants such as Kabuto Edomae Sushi, Sushi House Goyemon, and Monta Ramen as well as Marugame Monzo in Los Angeles’ Little Tokyo.
