Noodles & Company Is Making its Way to Las Vegas

The national chain is bringing noodles of all kinds to Rancho and Sahara

With 454 locations in 29 states, noodle chain Noodles & Company is increasing its national footprint, opening a location on the northeast corner of Rancho Dr and W Sahara Ave that will be its first in the state of Nevada.

Noodles & Company offers a menu of noodle dishes from a variety of cuisines. These include Italian cuisine: Stuffed Pasta and Classic Noodle dishes like 3-Cheese Tortellini Pesto, Spaghetti & Meatballs, and Shrimp Scampi, for example. There is then a dedicated mac-and-cheese menu, with Wisconsin Mac & Cheese and more adventurous takes like Buffalo Chicken Mac and BBQ Chicken Mac.

Asian Noodle dishes come next, including Grilled Orange Chicken Lo Mein, Japanese Pan Noodles, Pad Thai, and Spicy Korean Beef Noodles. There are also a number of flexible noodle dishes for diners looking to avoid carbs and/or gluten: Cauliflower Rigatoni, Zucchini Shrimp Scampi, and Gluten-Sensitive Pipette Mac.

What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach a representative of Noodles & Company for comment on Monday. No timeline is available for construction and opening of the first Las Vegas Noodles & Company restaurant.
