According to real estate data acquired by What Now Las Vegas, On Demand Sushi will be expanding to a second location. With the original on Southwest Las Vegas, the new On Demand Sushi will expand into Southern Highlands.
On Demand Sushi offers a tantalizing selection of standard, specialty, and premium sushi rolls including the California Roll; On Demand Roll (spicy tuna roll topped with salmon, unagi sauce, spicy mayo, and tobiko); Crab Tempura Crunch Roll (real crab mix with shrimp tempura covered with tempura crunch, and yum yum drizzle); Flying Hawaii Roll (spicy crab, shrimp tempura, covered in ahi, unagi sauce, spicy red sauce and tobiko); and Rich Alaskan Roll (Philly roll topped with smoked salmon, sweet honey garlic sauce, unagi sauce, and tobiko).
The menu also offers vegetarian rolls, poke bowls, and a delectable selection of sashimi and nigiri including salmon, eel, and octopus. Savory appetizers include Shrimp Tempura, Edamame, Gyoza, Calamari, and its signature Avocado Bomb (slices of salmon and shrimp mixed with spicy crab surrounded by a whole avocado with a side of garlic ponzu and sesame seeds). For large parties, guests may order a party combo that comes with 5, 8 or 10 rolls with no up-charge between standard, specialty, and premium rolls.
On Demand Sushi will settle into suite 135 within Fire Station Plaza in Southern Highlands. The existing retail suit at 11350 Southern Highlands Parkway will be converted into a new On Demand Sushi location with booth and bar top seating.
Although an official opening date has yet to be announced, we will keep you updated on when to expect the new On Demand Sushi to open its doors. Until then, the original location on S Hualapai Way is currently open for dine in, takeout, and delivery.
