You may have heard: Durango Casino & Resort has finally made an announcement revealing the details on its food hall, which is due to open (along with the resort itself) in Fall 2023. What Now first reported on the food hall last summer, but at last we have a name: Eat Your Heart Out.

Eat Your Heart Out will feature several new-to-market concepts like Ai Pono Café and Marc Vetri’s Fiorella, along with new locations from local brands like Yu-Or-Mi Sushi and Vesta Coffee. Over the next few weeks, What Now will take a closer look at a number of these concepts.

With three locations in the Los Angeles area, plus one more apiece in New York and Miami, Prince Street Pizza will expand once more, opening its first Las Vegas location as part of Durango Casino & Resort’s Eat Your Heart Out food hall.

Home of the Soho Square, Prince Street Pizza offers Sicilian-style square pies in varieties like Mercer Margherita, Vodka Fra Diavolo, and Broadway Breadcrumb. The menu also features Neapolitan-style round pies like the Fancy Prince (Original pizza sauce, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, pecorino romano) and Green Machine (Homemade pesto, shredded mozzarella, whipped ricotta, and black olives).

“We’re excited to bring our premium style pizza to Las Vegas,” co-owner Lawrence Longo told What Now on Thursday. “The brand was built on catering to the neighborhood and that’s what we want to do in Las Vegas.”
