“To complement Miracle Mile Shops’ recent renovations, we are thrilled to introduce a brand-new selection of unique and popular restaurants to the heart of the Las Vegas Strip,”  Robert Buchanan, vice president and general manager of Miracle Mile Shops, said in a press release at the time.

Now, a handful of restaurants opening at Miracle Eats have been revealed, including beloved LV plant-based taco chain TacotarianFat Sal’s, and Carnegie Pizza. In the coming weeks, What Now will take a closer look at several of the concepts headed to the new food hall.

Fat Sal’s, the L.A.-born deli and sandwich chain is another of the concepts opening at the Miracle Mile Shops’ upcoming Miracle Eats food collective. The brand has four brick-and-mortar dine-in locations in Los Angeles, along with another location in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The location at Miracle Eats will be its first in Las Vegas.

Fat Sal’s is “an experience you’ll want to be part of,” says a description on the brand’s website. “Fat Sal’s is the spot for your favorite guilty pleasure sandwiches or sides. We also have salads. But we don’t judge.”

The bit about guilty pleasure is no joke. This is a menu that features “Fat Sandwiches” like the Fat Sal (Thinly sliced ribeye steak, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, fries, brown gravy, mayo, on a garlic hero) the Fat Bodega (Harlem chopped cheese [ground beef, sauteed onions, American cheese], onion rings, pickles, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, fries, ketchup, mayo, on a butter grilled hero), and the Fat Jaime (Grilled ham, chicken fingers, grilled fresh jalapeños, grilled onions, melted mozzarella, sliced avocado, shredded lettuce, tomato, fries, mayo, Tapatío, freshly squeezed lime juice, on a hero).

And that’s to say nothing of Signature Burgers like the Buffalo Chicken Burger with melted cheddar, chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, Buffalo hot sauce, and blue cheese dressing; Signature Heros like the Italiano, with ham, salmi, pepperoni, provolone, sweet or hot peppers, shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, vinaigrette, and Italian spices; and, for dessert, Fat Shakes.
