“To complement Miracle Mile Shops’ recent renovations, we are thrilled to introduce a brand-new selection of unique and popular restaurants to the heart of the Las Vegas Strip,” Robert Buchanan, vice president and general manager of Miracle Mile Shops, said in a press release at the time.
Now, a handful of restaurants opening at Miracle Eats have been revealed, including beloved LV plant-based taco chain Tacotarian, Fat Sal’s, and Carnegie Pizza. In the coming weeks, What Now will take a closer look at several of the concepts headed to the new food hall.
Two more of the brand’s opening at the Miracle Mile Shops’ much-anticipated new food collective, Miracle Eats, are Lobster ME and Fat Tuesday.
Already a Miracle Mile favorite, Lobster ME is getting a refresh and will be reopening with Miracle Eats, boasting an updated look and menu.
“Lobster ME is inspired by Maine’s deep heritage of lobster fishing and authentic commitment to good, honest and delicious food,” says a press release put out by Miracle Mile. “Lobster ME’s new menu will feature distinctive, handcrafted dishes designed to appeal to everyone’s sense of adventure.”
Fat Tuesday is also a proven brand in the Miracle Mile milieu. The Miracle Eats Fat Tuesday will be the second location at the shopping center, a place where “guests can enjoy twice the fun with another spot to grab a range of premium frozen cocktails, like the brands’ famous 190 Octane.”
“Originating in New Orleans, one of the world’s most iconic party destinations,” says the press release, “the brand emulates the lively and fun energy of its hometown.”
