Saint Honoré Doughnuts and Beignets, “the world’s first couture doughnut shop” opened its second location not long ago. The brand offers doughnuts, beignets, bombolone, and other baked goods, plus coffee and tea drinks, plus a small selection of pizzas in Summerlin and on Blue Diamond Rd.

But the brand is not resting on its laurels: rather it’s continuing to grow its Las Vegas footprint, with a third location headed to The Sundry, the food hall that will open early next year at UnCommons Las Vegas.

Word broke late last week about The Sundry, which will be operated by TableOne Hospitality. It features a number of Californian import brands, with several local Las Vegas brands represented as well, including Downtown’s SoulBelly BBQ and Saint Honoré.

Saint Honoré’s doughnuts come in Classic and Couture varieties—the former, in flavors like Chocolate Salted Caramel and Boston Cream; the latter, in elaborate and striking flavors like Candied Hazelnuts & Nutella and Raspberry Beret, a strawberry iced doughnut filled with Bavarian cream and topped with raspberries, mini cream puffs (!!), and raspberry Chantilly cream. The brand’s highly photogenic beignets include the Apple Cider Beignet and the Churro Beignet.

On top of this are coffee and tea drinks, milkshakes like the Espresso Milkshake and the Birthday Cake Milkshake, and even a few pizzas, including a Buffalo Chicken Pizza and a Prosciutto & Fig Pizza.

Opening in a 20,000 square-foot space with a dedicated street entrance, The Sundry will also be home to concepts like Italian restaurant BarZotto, ice cream shop Smitten Ice Cream, fried chicken spot Kowbird, and (from the Meráki Greek Grill team) Kávos Coastal Greek Grill.
