Eight tenants have been announced so far for the food hall, including All’Antico Vinaio, B.S. Taqueria, Close Company, and more. In the coming weeks, What Now will take a closer look at some of the concepts coming to Via Via.

Between two of the new concepts opening next year in the Venetian’s Via Via food hall, near the Grand Colonnade—All’Antico Vinaio and Close Company—the first already has a presence in Vegas, and the second is a newcomer not only to the city but to the West Coast generally.

All’Antico Vinaio launched its first location in Las Vegas at Uncommons last year. Known as one of the world’s greatest sandwich purveyors, it offers popular choices like L’Inferno (Porchetta, ‘nduja cream, grilled vegetables, arugula) and La Favolosa (Salame toscana, pecorino cream, artichoke cream, spicy eggplant). It also has locations in New York and California.

(You can read more about it here, in What Now’s coverage of the Uncommons location).

Close Company, on the other hand, is a new bar concept from Gin & Lunch, following up on their Death & Company concept. It also has locations in the works in Nashville and Atlanta.

“Close Company first and foremost aspires to be a great bar. And by that, we mean following in the footsteps of the great neighborhood bars that have become fixtures in our communities — where we go to celebrate, relax, connect with friends and strangers alike,” Gin & Luck’s COO Alex Day said in a press release quoted in coverage by What Now Nashville

What Now Nashville described the menu as “cocktail-focused,” adding that it “includes modern twists on classic drinks, batched and chilled freezer cocktails, draft cocktails, and a small array of bar snacks.”
