What Now Las Vegas confirmed the news with owner Babken Ayrapetyan in a phone call on Monday. Ayrapetyan said the construction plan would involve moving Prime Smoke & Vape Shop to a different suite, beside the plaza’s Little Caesar’s Pizza location, allowing Prime Liquor to open in a space that will combine the smoke shop’s current suite with an adjacent one.

The location on Craid Rd is situated across the street from Comfort Inn & Suites Las Vegas – Nellis, near restaurants like Saborr Mexican Food Restaurant, Farmer Boys, and Taco Bell.

No set opening date has been announced for Prime Liquor, but Ayrapetyan said the store was expected to open in three to four months, at the latest.
