Pine Bistro, another new project from restaurateur Lowell Raven, will open soon on Dean Martin Dr. Construction has begun on the property, located next door to Raven’s upcoming Thick N Thin Treats, at 10620 Dean Martin Dr, according to the project’s recently-created Instagram page.

The restaurant promises a “modern dining experience featuring Lebanese inspired cuisine.”

It’s a big year for Raven, who is gaining attention for a several upcoming Vegas-based projects, including Crust & Roux—with its “Pizza with Gourmet Toppings, Dessert Pies, and Pot Pies”—and “modern dessert and healthy juice bar” Thick N Thin Treats. Crust & Roux is expected to open in Q1 of 2022. No opening dates have been announced for Thick N Thin Treats or Pine Bistro.

Further details about Pine Bistro’s menu, branding, and operating hours are unavailable at this time. What Now Las Vegas reached out Lowell Raven on Wednesday, but could not reach the restaurateur and entrepreneur for comment.

The location on Dean Martin Dr is in a building not far from the intersection with Cactus Ave, across the street from Volare, a luxury apartment building. Its commercial neighbors include apartment rental agency KAKTUSlife and Life Nail Bar. Pine Bistro will open in Suite 100, next to Thick N Thin Treats, which will occupy Suite 110.
