Pinkbox Doughnuts Increasing Henderson Footprint

It's a big year for the burgeoning doughnut chain

Henderson will soon get another location of the wildly popular Las Vegas donut chain Pinkbox Doughnuts. A want ad posted recently said the location will open soon but did not specify an opening date.

The chain offers a colorful selection of doughnuts, including “OG Classics” like the OG (“original glazed,” one presumes), the strawberry-frosted Pink Rainbow Ring, and the glazed, coconut-rolled Feelin’ Toasty. From there, menu categories through increasing of levels of fanciness from “Good Fellas” to “Fancy Pancy.”

Good Fellas include the glazed pink velvet cake the Pink Lady; the Coco Loco and Tutti Fruity, glazed and rolled in Cocoa Pebbles and Fruity Pebbles respectively; and the striking Purple Rain, “purple UBE cake glazed with UBE cake crumble.”

The Fancy Pancy menu includes gorgeous deluxe confections like the Love My PB&J (“glazed raised shell filled with housemade raspberry jelly topped with creamy peanut butter, crumble and a drop of jelly”), the Holy Cannoli “Chocolate frosted raised doughnut topped with cannoli filling, chocolate chips & powdered sugar”), and the Have a Snickers (“Chocolate frosted raised bar dipped in peanuts and drizzled in caramel”).

The chain also offers seasonal doughnuts and other baked confections of cake and cookie, as well as vegan options for diners with a plant-based diet.
