The precise opening dates remain unknown, but in-person interviews are set to begin on Monday, August 9, held at the Craig Road location.

The California-based fast-food chain announced earlier this year that it would be opening two new locations in Last Vegas, its first in the city, as part of a plan to expand nationwide. The first location will open at 7090 W Craig Road Suite 120, and the other in “a 3,000 square foot restaurant” at the intersection of Blue Diamond Road and Rainbow Boulevard.

The vegan restaurant chain is known for its “Meat is Over!” t-shirts and fast food classics served up in plant-based form, with the slogan “Change the World, One Burger at a Time.”

Its Craig Road location can be found between The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill and an A&W fast food restaurant. Its location at Blue Diamond and Rainbow will compete with a nearby McDonald’s. Also nearby is the Blue Diamond Saloon.

The ad calling for applications specifies that the two new locations will be hiring both crew members and managers. What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach a Plant Power representative for comment.
