Helmed by Chef Ryan Dunphy, Endless Pastabilities has built up a constant buzz around Las Vegas as a food truck popping up at events with handheld pasta fun.
“Endless Pastabilities is where fast food meets five star quality Italian cuisine,” says the Endless Pastabilities website. “Everything on our truck is made from scratch and freshly tossed with the best ingredients served in under 5 minutes. Chef Ryan puts a twist on your classic Italian favorites by serving our gourmet pasta in a garlic knot bread cone!”
After having been spotted at “fairs, food festivals, music festivals, concerts, sporting events, holiday events” and other Las Vegas happenings, Endless Pastabilities may be about to expand with a permanent brick-and-mortar home.
Building permit paperwork was submitted to Clark County for a tenant remodel of the space in Suite 102 at 9882 S Maryland Parkway. The name of the project slated for that space? Endless Pastabilities.
What Now reached out to representatives of Endless Pastabilities on Monday to inquire about plans for a brick-and-mortar Endless Pastabilities restaurant. The representatives were not immediately available for comment.
