Dan Hubbard is a Managing Director of Retail Services with Cushman & Wakefield and leads one of our top-producing Las Vegas market teams, Hubbard Retail Advisors. He represents landlords and tenants, providing both parties with an experienced perspective throughout the transaction process. He is quick to recognize opportunities and adept at finding solutions beneficial to all parties.

Dan is particularly passionate about the food and beverage industry. He helps landlords identify and engage brands that enhance their properties while assisting restaurants in finding prime locations and securing favorable terms that facilitate their expansion and success.

Dan began his commercial real estate career in 2003 after eight years as a direct sales professional. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in May 2007. Dan’s clients include institutional and corporate owners, developers, and private individuals. He consistently maintains a listing footprint of over two million square feet, with property sizes ranging from small strip centers to large multi-box power centers and mixed-use lifestyle properties.

Since joining Cushman & Wakefield, Dan has negotiated over $1 billion in commercial sales and leasing transactions, averaging over 75 transactions per year. He is consistently ranked as one of Las Vegas’s top-producing brokers and has been ranked in the top 10 nationally.

Dan is a Johnson City, Tennessee native who moved to Las Vegas in 1998 and proudly “bleeds orange and white” as a devoted Tennessee Volunteers fan.
